We want you to be completely satisfied with our services' and that's why we offer a warranty on all the repairs we carry out. Our warranty covers the replaced parts and labor for a period of 30 days from the date of repair. If the repaired drone has any issues during this period‘ we will repair it at no additional cost. Please note that the warranty is void if the drone has been tampered with or repaired by anyone other than Drone Service Center. To claim the warranty‘ please contact us at repair@droneservicecenter.in with the repair request number and a description of the issue. At Drone Service Center‘ we accept online payment via various modes including credit card‘ debit card‘ net banking‘ and UPI. We also accept offline payments through cash‘ demand draft‘ or cheque. In the case of offline payments‘ your order will only be processed once the payment has been credited to our account.

We at Drone Service Center believe in providing the best possible service to our customers. However‘ if due to any unforeseen circumstance we are unable to repair your drone‘ we will refund your payment in full. If you wish to cancel your order before we have started the repair work‘ you can do so and we will refund the full amount to you. If you cancel your order after we have started the repair work‘ we will refund a pro-rated amount based on the work completed. In the event that the repaired drone malfunctions within 10 days of repair‘ we will offer free repair services. However‘ if the drone malfunctions after the 10-day period‘ we will provide repair services at our standard rates.
